1. Agreement to Terms

This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by VogueVibes Models ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement governing your access to and use of our Site, including any content, functionality, and services offered. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Submissions and Representation

Our Site provides a platform for aspiring models to submit applications for representation. By submitting your information and photographs, you agree to the following:

• You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have the express consent of a parent or legal guardian to submit an application.
• You grant VogueVibes Models a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review and assess your submission for representation purposes.
• Submission of an application does not, under any circumstance, guarantee an offer of representation or a response from our scouting team. We review all submissions but will only contact individuals we believe may be a good fit for our agency.

3. Client Bookings and Agreements

These terms apply to clients, brands, photographers, and casting directors ("Clients") engaging our talent ("Models").

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed in writing via a booking confirmation form provided by VogueVibes Models. This form, along with these Terms, will constitute the entire agreement for the engagement.
• Rates and Usage: Model rates are for the time and usage rights as specified in the booking confirmation. Any additional usage of a model's image or performance beyond the agreed terms must be negotiated and agreed upon with VogueVibes Models in writing.
• Payment: The Client agrees to pay all fees and expenses as outlined in the invoice provided by VogueVibes Models. Payment terms are specified on the invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

4. Professional Conduct and Cancellations

• Models' Conduct: All models represented by VogueVibes are expected to maintain the highest level of professionalism, including punctuality and adherence to the creative brief.
• Client Cancellations: If a Client cancels a confirmed booking, a cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 24 hours of the call time will be charged at 100% of the total fee. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the total fee. Specific terms may be outlined in the booking confirmation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including the VogueVibes logo, text, graphics, and website design, is the property of VogueVibes Models. Furthermore, all photographs and images of models displayed in the gallery and portfolios are protected by copyright and owned by the respective photographers and/or clients. These images are used with permission for promotional purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from downloading, reproducing, distributing, or otherwise using any images from this Site without obtaining prior written consent from both VogueVibes Models and the relevant copyright holder.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VOGUEVIBES MODELS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
